Every specification is built to the same Better Here workmanship standard.
Your legal rights are the same whichever specification you choose. Signature and Architectural simply include additional Better Here warranty protection for specified carpentry we build and install.
What does the Better Here Carpentry Warranty cover?
If specified carpentry we build and install fails because of our workmanship or installation, we'll inspect the issue and rectify a valid warranty claim. Depending on the project, this may include Better Here-built gate frames, posts, fixed screening frames, timber support framing, connections and structural fixings identified in your warranty schedule.
What isn't normally part of the extra Better Here warranty?
It isn't intended to cover ordinary wear from everyday use, normal timber weathering or movement, routine coating and finish maintenance, accidental damage, misuse, third-party alterations, or movement in existing structures or ground conditions outside our work. Hardware and manufactured products may also carry their own manufacturer warranties.
These exclusions only relate to our additional Better Here warranty. They do not remove or reduce any rights you have under NSW law or Australian Consumer Law.

Included with Signature Hardwood and Architectural Detail projects. We return at around six months to review gate operation, hardware, finishes and visible timber movement.
These commitments operate alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law and any applicable statutory warranties.
