Your carpentry is led by Matthew, who brings more than 20 years of trade experience. Caydan keeps the scope, timing and communication clear, with specialist support brought in only where the project needs it.
TRADE DELIVERY LEAD
Matthew leads the carpentry from property assessment through to installation and final workmanship checks. His role is to make sure what is proposed can actually be built properly, fits the property and performs as intended.
Experience across gates, framing, screening and exterior timber work helps Matthew identify what is worth changing and what can stay.
Matthew checks levels, fixing points, clearances, gate operation and site conditions before the final scope is confirmed.
The same person assessing the carpentry also leads the trade delivery and workmanship quality on site.
From exact timber profiling and gate hinge alignment to post anchors and solid latch fixtures, Matthew directly oversees the physical build.
