Do I have to pay for a site visit?

Not necessarily. Straightforward, qualified projects may only need a complimentary confirmation visit. Where a project needs more detailed planning, we may recommend our A$295 incl. GST On-Site Upgrade Plan. The fee is credited in full toward your Better Here project if you proceed.

What if my photos aren't perfect?

A few clear phone photos taken from the street or side path are plenty. If we need a wider view or specific measurement, we will let you know in our response.
